SOLE FLOSS
SOLE FLOSS is a self care device designed detox the toes, feet and soles from the numerous stressors we experience on a daily basis. Much like how we understand flossing our teeth has many benefits to the whole body (my dentist refers to this as the mouth-to-body connection) flossing your toes unlocks body-wide benefits.
The feet-to-body connection is a root cause approach and technique that will help you feel better in your body, optimize your performance, increase your longevity and help you recover more efficiently. You will toe-tally fall in love with this approach to healing!
SOLE FLOSS Benefits
PAIN RELIEF
Unlock body-wide benefits by releasing the parasitic tension in the toes.
The body's energy meridian endpoints are the tips of the toes, by releasing the stuck stress in the toes, we are able to clear the energy channels.
This allows for increased circulation which helps to optimize healing, treat pain and improve performance.
ANTI-AGING
You're only as old as your feet say you are!
The key to your body's movement longevity and to feeling young and youthful is taking care of your feet.
Our feet are easily one of the most stressed out parts of our body. This is due to gravity, shoes, artificial surfaces and not getting enough love, attention and healing.
SOLE FLOSS is the antidote to that.
GROUNDING
By treating your foundation and addressing your roots you will feel more grounded, stable, and balanced.
The benefits of grounding include improvements in sleep and nourishing down regulation for the nervous system.
Becoming grounded helps lower levels of anxiety and stress and is an excellent resource for when you are feeling disconnected from yourself, your environment, and others.
SAFETY
When we relax our feet, we are able to actively communicate from body to brain that we are safe in the present moment.
Accessing safety in the present moment is a key ingredient in healing from traumatic experiences and prolonged exposure to stress. When processing trauma, relaxing the feet speaks directly to the the nervous system's flight response as well as addressing self protective tension patterns.
By relaxing the feet, you can access a greater felt sense of safety in the body. This means that you can know your safe in your mind and feel safe in your body at the same time.

About SOLE FLOSS
SOLE FLOSS is a therapeutic toe spacing and foot fascial release device designed to alleviate foot pain and arthritic mobility restrictions.
SOLE FLOSS offers relief from the parasitic tension that gets trapped in the toes and feet and impacts the rest of the body. The word parasitic is operative- parasitic implies that while it is small, it is impactful.
Releasing parasitic tension is a small but mighty impactful way of relieving tension and stress from not only the toes and feet but from the whole body. Our feet have one of the highest concentrations of nerve endings in the whole body and are easily one of the most stressed-out parts of the body.
By relaxing the feet we are able to reflexively communicate and extend that sense of relaxation to other parts of the body. SOLE FLOSS was designed to replicate the felt sense of hugging your toes in order to stimulate that much-needed relaxation response and give you an immediate dose of relief.
Releasing tension in the body helps create calm for the mind. Using SOLE FLOSS before bed is a really helpful tool to relax the body and prepare the body for sleep- the more relaxed the body- the calmer and more clear we are in our minds. The easier it then is to rest and recharge.
Relaxed body + calm mind= open heart and peaceful spirit.

PSA: Toe separators aren't just for pedicures.
If there's one part of our body we probably don't pay much attention to, it's our toes. But in fact, the way we use our feet may be impacting the rest of our bodies.

Since its earliest days podiatry has assailed fashion footwear for its high heels, pointed toes, tight fit, extremist styling, absence of support, etc. It has made an almost holy mantra of such terms as “crippling” or “ruining” of the feet. As an alternative, it has recommended “sensible” shoes, with low, broad heels, round or broad toes with high roof or box, Oxfords or laced up styles for “support”, firm shanks, roomy fit, etc.

Conventional footwear has weakened our feet as a society causing all sorts of issues, including knee pain, structural foot disorders, and bunions. Yikes! Fortunately, toe spreading can help! Read along to learn more about the benefits of spreading your toes and which product we recommend to help you step up your toe splaying game.

SOLE FLOSS extends the benefits of hugs to one of the most stressed out and neglected parts of the body, the feet.
SOLE FLOSS is both a “toe spacer” and a “toe hugger” making it an incredibly beneficial tool for reducing pain, promoting relaxation and extending those benefits beyond the toes, feet and soles to the entire body.
It was designed to mimic the felt sense of having “phalanges” between toes. This hug for the toes produces a relaxation effect, incorporating a very important, productive and oftentimes overlooked stage in the healing process: rest and relaxation.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Mary Newman
“I LOVE this product! In yoga the instructor would say “spread your toes” and I felt like it was not possible to spread my toes. Since using SOLE FLOSS, I am able to spread my toes myself! It also helped me relieve bunion pain. I have bought several spacers to relieve bunion pain and none worked. It feels so good to spread your toes! Thank you, SOLE FLOSS.”

Subyn Novelle

SOLE FLOSS Features
FAQ
Question: When should I use them? Answer: Ideally before and after you wear shoes. SOLE FLOSS aids in the body’s detoxifying process by “un-doing” tension patterns in the feet and restoring natural foot shape and function. Wear them before bed to help release stress and anxiety from your day and to ease into a more peaceful and relaxing sleep!
Question: Sometimes it hurts when I wear them, what should I do? Answer: When you first start wearing SOLE FLOSS, it is not uncommon to feel some discomfort. Start by assessing the places where they hurt: is it general pain or is it more specific? If it is a general pain, listen to your body by removing the SOLE FLOSS for the day, take note of how long you have been wearing them and then the next time you wear them, wear them for slightly less time. Also, take note of whether or not you feel the general pain on one foot or on both feet. If it is a specific pain, adjust the SOLE FLOSS “fingers” allowing you to modify the intensity of the pressure. The closer the SOLE FLOSS “fingers” are to the tops of your feet, the more intense the pressure, the closer the SOLE FLOSS “fingers” are to your toe nails, the less intense the pressure. This feature of being able to customize and adjust each SOLE FLOSS “finger” is a really helpful tool for working through pain and discomfort. Typically, the areas where your toes are used to being squished together are likely to be very sensitive.
Question: How do I keep them clean? Answer: SOLE FLOSS is made from a very special platinum-based silicone that is biocompatible, certified skin safe, and certified safe for prolonged skin contact. They are designed to be both durable and flexible. You can keep them clean by washing them with warm water and soap and letting them air dry. (Bonus tip: Try to keep them away from your pets!)
