Foot Yoga Method
A program designed/intended to extend the universal benefits of yoga; strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and relaxation to one of the most important and oftentimes neglected parts of the body, its foundation, your feet.

The FOOT YOGA METHOD is a self guided, self care, movement medicine practice inspired by yoga and reflexology. It is intended to extend the universal benefits of yoga; strength, flexibility, mobility, and relaxation to one of the most neglected parts of the body; its foundation, our feet. FYM helps provide people with a more secure connection to the ground, their bodies, and themselves.

FAQ
Question: Do I need to have yoga experience to benefit from this practice? Answer: No. This method is inspired by yoga and other barefoot wellness practices but you do not need any prior experience to get started. In fact, this program is a perfect (non intimidating) way of introducing yoga to your health and wellness routine!
Question: I have plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas, hammertoes, and other foot ailments, can I still do and benefit from this practice? Answer: As with any other exercise program, you will want to first consult with your primary care physician to ensure it is a good fit for you. However, please know that this method was designed in response to the need to help people treat common foot ailments through rehabilitative exercises, movement and relaxation techniques. If anything feels too painful, remember pain is information that something must change. Stop the movement and find another one that is less painful and more productive.
Question: What is the difference between the masterclass, 5 day challenge and FYM training course? Answer: The Masterclass is a recording of my signature FYM class. It is the length of a standard yoga class and can be done at your leisure. It is an excellent option for someone who already has an established yoga practice and is looking to deepen their knowledge and awareness of their bodies from the ground up. The 5 day challenge offers a 5 day opportunity for you to experience micro doses of the method. Everyday you will learn a FYM technique, have a mantra/meditation to work with and the opportunity for extra credit. It is a 15-20 minute commitment and is the perfect option for those who are wanting to jump start their foot fitness journey and/or are looking for one exercises a day to incorporate into their already established wellness routine. The FYM training course is open to everyone who wants to deepen their knowledge and would like the opportunity to teach the method and incorporate it in their offerings. You will receive continuing education credits.
